Meeting Rooms

The Odebolt Public Library has a meeting room available to rent for any event, including birthday parties, group meetings, graduations, showers, and presentations.  The room may be rented for a payment of $25.  Please contact the library at (712) 668-2718 during our open hours to ask about availability, discuss picking up a key, payment, and other details.  

For celebratory functions, the room offers 6-10 square card tables as needed, two 8-foot tables--perfect for buffet or serving, chairs for 30-40 people, restroom access, and a full-sized kitchen with sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, 12 cup and 40 cup coffeemakers and 4 carafes. 

For business or meeting rentals, in addition to the above, our room is ready for a variety of presentations with a beautiful new podium, dvd player, and a large screen smart TV, complete with hdmi cord to connect to your laptop.
